Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
At InfluencersPlace, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable experience for brands, creators, influencers, agencies, and other users of our platform and influencer marketing services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when payments may be refunded, when cancellations are permitted, and how refunds are handled for creator listings, influencer marketing campaigns, managed services, and other paid services provided through InfluencersPlace.
By purchasing a service, registering for a paid listing, confirming a campaign, or making a payment to InfluencersPlace, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. As a result, you become bound by the same.
1. Creator Registration and Listing Fees
InfluencersPlace may charge creators or influencers a fee for profile registration, verification, profile listing, featured placement, priority visibility, or other promotional services. However, that is not limited to these instances. Other events will also be considered if needed, resorting to our due diligence or exhausting implicit sides of this policy or other related documents.
Once work has started on creating, reviewing, verifying, publishing, promoting, or upgrading a creator profile, the applicable fee is generally non-refundable. You cannot get your fee back using any means at all. However, if you think the non-refundable status of your fee is out of the scope of this policy, you can email us or directly talk to the support team.
A refund may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- The payment was charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
- InfluencersPlace is unable to provide the purchased service.
- Payment was successfully received, but the related service could not be initiated due to an issue attributable to InfluencersPlace.
A change of mind after purchasing a creator listing or promotional service does not automatically qualify for a refund. You are supposed to understand all the terms of this section carefully. The excuse of miscomprehension or lack of comprehension won’t be considered.
2. Brand Campaign Payments
Payments made by brands for influencer marketing campaigns may cover creator fees, campaign management, strategy, outreach, content coordination, reporting, media amplification, or other agreed services.
Once a campaign has been confirmed and InfluencersPlace has started work, certain costs may become committed or non-recoverable. You are also bound to know of this activity in advance and in its entirety. Later, no excuses will be permissible.
These may include:
- Influencer or creator payments
- Creator booking or reservation amounts
- Campaign management work already completed
- Strategy and campaign planning
- Content production expenses
- Advertising or media spend
- Third-party platform or service charges
- Other approved campaign-related expenses
Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the campaign at the time a cancellation request is received. If you cancel at a stage beyond the scope of this policy, we are not entitled to pay you any refund.
3. Campaign Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a brand requests cancellation before InfluencersPlace has begun campaign execution or committed funds to creators or third parties, a full or partial refund may be considered. However, we don’t guarantee the same. The final decision will completely depend on the exercise of our discretion.
Any payment processing fees, administrative costs, or other non-recoverable charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
4. Campaign Cancellation After Work Has Started
If a campaign is cancelled after strategy, creator outreach, negotiations, creator confirmations, production, or campaign management work has started, the brand will be responsible for charges related to work already completed and expenses already committed.
Any refundable balance, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting:
- Completed service fees
- Confirmed creator fees
- Non-refundable creator advances
- Third-party expenses
- Advertising expenditure
- Processing or administrative costs
- Other agreed campaign expenses
InfluencersPlace will provide reasonable information regarding applicable deductions where necessary.
5. Cancellation After an Influencer Has Been Confirmed
Once an influencer or creator has accepted a campaign and their participation has been confirmed, cancellation may result in creator cancellation charges or forfeiture of amounts already committed.
These terms may vary depending on the campaign agreement, creator agreement, deliverables, production stage, and payment commitments already made.
Brands are therefore encouraged to review and approve creator selections before final confirmation.
6. Creator Failure to Deliver Agreed Content
If a confirmed creator fails to deliver the agreed content or campaign requirements without an approved reason, InfluencersPlace may take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Contacting the creator for completion of the agreed deliverables.
- Providing additional time where reasonable.
- Arranging a replacement creator where possible.
- Recovering refundable amounts from the creator.
- Crediting an eligible amount toward another campaign.
- Refunding the recoverable portion of the undelivered service where appropriate.
Any refund will generally be limited to amounts that are recoverable and directly related to undelivered services.
InfluencersPlace cannot guarantee recovery of funds already paid to third parties where those funds are legally or contractually non-refundable.
7. Creator Cancellation
Creators who have accepted a campaign are expected to complete the agreed deliverables according to the campaign brief, timeline, and approved requirements.
If a creator needs to cancel participation, they should notify InfluencersPlace as soon as possible.
Repeated cancellations, non-delivery, failure to communicate, or abandonment of confirmed campaigns may result in restrictions on the creator’s InfluencersPlace profile, campaign eligibility, or platform access.
Any payment already received by a creator for work that has not been delivered may be required to be returned in accordance with the applicable campaign agreement.
8. Campaign Performance and Results
Influencer marketing performance can be affected by many factors outside the direct control of InfluencersPlace, including audience behavior, social media algorithms, creator performance, market conditions, advertising platform changes, and brand-specific factors.
Therefore, payments will not normally be refunded solely because a campaign does not achieve an expected number of:
- Sales
- Leads
- Followers
- Views
- Reach
- Engagement
- Website visits
- Conversions
- Revenue
Unless a specific performance guarantee has been expressly agreed to in writing, campaign projections, estimates, forecasts, and expected results should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
9. Advertising and Paid Media Spend
Amounts already spent on advertising platforms, promoted content, media buying, boosting, or other third-party advertising services are non-refundable once the expenditure has occurred.
Any unused advertising budget that has not yet been committed may be refundable or transferable depending on the campaign agreement.
10. Digital and Completed Services
Payments for digital services that have already been completed or substantially delivered are generally non-refundable.
These may include:
- Influencer research
- Creator shortlisting
- Campaign strategy
- Campaign planning
- Influencer outreach
- Negotiation
- Reporting
- Profile setup
- Featured creator placement
- Promotional services
- Consulting
- Content review
- Campaign management
Where only part of a service has been completed, InfluencersPlace may determine whether the unused portion is eligible for a partial refund.
11. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have:
- Been charged more than once,
- Paid an incorrect amount, or
- Experienced a payment-related technical error,
please contact InfluencersPlace with your transaction details.
After verification, any confirmed duplicate or incorrect payment will be processed appropriately.
12. Failed Transactions
If a payment appears to have been deducted from your account but is shown as failed or incomplete on InfluencersPlace, please first check with your bank, card provider, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
If InfluencersPlace receives the payment successfully, we will verify the transaction and either activate the applicable service or process the appropriate refund where required.

15. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method where technically possible.
Banks, card providers, payment gateways, and other financial institutions may require additional processing time after InfluencersPlace initiates the refund.
InfluencersPlace is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment gateways, or other third-party payment providers.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users should contact InfluencersPlace before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive chargeback requests may result in suspension of platform access or services and may be disputed using applicable transaction, communication, campaign, and service records.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to a user under applicable law.
17. Exceptional Circumstances
InfluencersPlace may consider exceptions where a service cannot reasonably be delivered because of circumstances such as:
- Technical failures attributable to InfluencersPlace
- Creator withdrawal
- Campaign cancellation by InfluencersPlace
- Duplicate payment
- Material service failure
- Other exceptional circumstances determined after review
The appropriate resolution may include a replacement creator, rescheduling, account credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
