An ex-senior leader at Microsoft, Anshu Mor dropped his corporate job to follow his passion, after watching the movie Tamasha. In 2016, in a write-up by the TIMES group, he was mentioned as the rising star of Indian standup comedy. 

Anshu has a blog called Offstage With More, where he updates and expresses to his audience about his feelings and ideas about random things in life. Moreover, he had a podcast, Stupid No Mor by Anshu Mor, where he brought in expert guests to talk about the issues of life.

The guest on his podcast has been, Gursimran Khamba, standup comedian and the co-founder of the infamous AIB, and Bollywood actor and director, Gajraj Rao, who is famous for his role in Badhai Ho, and many other hits.
